VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Lunch Buddies is a program that pairs adult mentors with elementary students to offer friendship and support at Adrian Public Schools - Alexander, Lincoln, Michener, Prairie and Springbrook. Volunteers are asked to commit to meeting with the same student each week for approximately one hour (during their lunch and recess time) to talk and play games together.
Students are chosen for the program by teachers or other school staff. Students recommended for lunch buddies may be new to the district, struggling socially or just benefit from some one-on-one time with a caring adult who will listen and play!
